I purchased your products at my local store and I am not satisfied. What do I do?
 You need to return the product to the store you originally purchased from.

 I tried to return the products to the store but they refused and said I need to contact you. What do I do? 

Unfortunately, since you purchased the product from directly from us, there is nothing that we can do about it. You need to take it to the store and tell the manager/owner to return the product to the company they purchased from. Some products can be time sensitive; due to this, we have no control or guarantee of  their shelf-life.

Why can't I return or exchange anything from your store? 
Due to safety concerns and hazards, once a product leaves our facility we have no control over what can be mixed inside. Due to safety precautions for our other customers, we simply do not accept returns.

Is Blunteffects Hand-Dipped Incense made with herbs? 
Our products are strictly Air-Fresheners/Incense and are not made with any form or herbs or chemicals that have effects.

How long does it take to get my order? 
We usually process all orders within 24-48 hours after they have been placed. We do provide email updates as your order is being processed. 

What shipping methods do you use? 
USPS & UPS; Depending on weight and location.

Do you use essential oils in your air-fresheners and incense? 
Our Air-Fresheners & Incense are perfume based cosmetic oils.
